just had a letter threw i have bein caught by a camera doin 81 in a 50 zone and there goin to prosecute me i havent had my license for a year just wondering if any1 has bein in this situation and what woz the outcome??

depends on where it was, eg a stupid 50mph zone on a motorway at 2am or a 50mph built up area outside a school at lunchtime on a sponsored "walk on the road day" for a road safety charity.

it was on the a127 in southend so they will know i was raceing so im looking at loseing it

Isnt there a mix of average cameras and then normal speed cameras every 50 feet on there?

Different countys have different limits on points / court etc.

Most seem to be +26mph over the speed limit is court!

Will totally depend up on the judge, just plead you require your car for work and would loose your job if were to be banned!

i was doing 30 over the limit and i only got 3 points and a £60 fine
