Someone wanted to hear the car so I started it up, not realising I left it in reverse and with the hand brake off, I started it up standing outside the car and then it went over a kerb and into a wall.

Luckely the bumper isn't cracked, just a bit scuffed and so is the spoiler, but sadly the metal bit above the bumper got bent a bit and the bumper will have to be aligned back again.

Last night I was thinking thank god it wasn't that bad, but then today I realised the metal bit is bent so a new one of these....
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=BF72&mospid=47429&btnr=41_0000&hg=41&fg=25 NO2 may have to be welded in, incase the panel beater can't bash it back to normal.

any pics of the damage can usually just be repaired rather than replacing the back panel

A few weeks ago in work I pulled on to the petrol station in one of our hire vans to fill it up, some dozy bint infront was finding it hard to get near to a pump so I had to reverse a bit. I completely forgot it was in reverse and when she left I let the clutch up and accelerated thinking I'd be goin forwards, I shot backwards across the forecourt good job it wasnt busy.

That should hopefully be easy to fix, unless a bracket is bent or something.

Rear panel dentage goes about 10cm for the worst bit but is gradually bent for another 40cm maybe, its really thick metal there so who knows.

yeah I quite often do that as well, pitty in this case I was leaning in the car to start it.
To make things worse later that night in the pub some guy felt my arse...later on I was told he was an actual gay, and a bird asked if I was gay too...some harsh words were spoken then.

should be ok to repair that, does look abit funny below the o/s lamp, shouldnt cost too much if the bumper doesn't need painting

Thats really bad mate, i stopped in traffic the other day and i stopped quite far away from the 4x4 infront of me for some reason. Luckily i did as i took my foot off the the clutch pedal but forgot it was in gear! Jumped forward by a foot. After shitting myself and every looking at me i then cooly lit a fag
