well as title says my mates car was stolen today at 4pm reg: D507 MOG its quite standard looking but the colour is one thing that might make it stand out its got a 3.0L v6 omega engine in it, its a burgandy 4 door nova saloon if anyone sees the same lump or shell stripped please please let me know as we are hoping to get some of it back if not all of it back, stolen from slade green in bexley which is in south east london.

bexley heath is the kind of place that a standard looking nova will get knicked.for many differnt reasons.doubt they were expecting it to be as fast if thats the case,either that or someone who knows the car.

it was an animal 240bhp f20 box got to 145 in no time at all! when my mate realised it was gone he followed the black lines for about 2 miles untill he coudlnt see anymore shame they didnt lead him to the car.

fair enuff a stadard nova for the resons just would not expect them to take 5 door one thing is the engin is not overly hard to get or expencive is it so if they tolk it to strip they kinda wasted there time in my opinion

I know that car, fozzy built it at powercrazy. Hasnt the guy also got a twin engined V6 corsa thats still one of fozzys wip's?

Sorry to hear about it being nicked though, obv its somone who knew your mate and the car though as its hardly the most desirable car to twoc from the outside!

Dont get me wrong, I really respect the ammount of money and work that go into cars like this. But I cant understand why people dont spend a bit of money geting a decent Alarm&Imobiliser!

definitely either some chav who took it for a joy ride or someone close to your friend who knew what it was.

i would never commit insurance fraud would just mean i get all the money back and makes it easier for me to get a used car instead of a new one

Lets be honest, do you really need that question answering Colin?
Any car is piss easy to nick with the correct know how, but one with 25yr old security features and doors as thick as coke cans is a no brainer

Yeah true...........just as I sent that I was thinking about the hazard button/bump start trick.

tbh its probably one of the only cars still stollen that way, anything newer & they will try & lift the keys before even thinking about trying to get into it.
