These are becomign surprisingly affordable... I might consider one in a year or 2 if I come to replace my Anni!

355's make one of the sexiest noises known to mankind
Also 360's can be picked up under 25k. Madness.

The purchase price doesn't really define the affordability on a car like that.

Yeah my old boss had one & he spent something like 9k in one visit to the garage, think that was a belt service & breaks etc ouch!!!

I think the prices have risen to be honest...
I remember seeing some at 25k.
strangely I was looking at these today too, not that I could afford one. But if I did, I would drive it like it's meant to be driven, take it on track etc...
Servicing is quite bad, but not as bad as I expected.
Like £500-£1000 for minor servic
£2000 ish for major ish.

Yeah, 360's arent much dearer now either!
Purchase price is nothing though! I went to look at a 360 about 9 months ago that had a receipt for its last service (fair enough a belt service) and a few other small items (sensor and coil pack) and it came to nearly £10k!!!
Went to look at a DMS tuned 08 RS6 yesterday that was running 680bhp, thats my next car I think!

If you think you could really afford to run it and maintain it properly then do it. The 355 is such a great looking car.
Shame most people would probably assume it was a MR2 in a kit though

Think my next car will be a 997 Carrera or maybe R8. I dont think either could touch a ferrari 355 on running costs!?
Long way off tho. Next thing on my mind is the dreaded £1k Ins II service.....5k miles to go

Been here a couple of times, they always have an awesome selection of cars. Saw an Alfa 8C there last time right after they came out http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/list.asp?d=747

Surely that's got too many numbers. Lose the '1' at the start and we're talking
