This Needless to say, I'm now knackered

Washed, polished and sealed top to bottom, in a time limit of 3 hours - finished in 2hrs 50mins

That was after I'd done the MK5 Golf I posted the other day (wash, wax top up, interior valet) and then after the H2 was a BMW 3 Series convertible the same as the Golf.

I ache

Nice work. Shame about the vulgar beast your effort was bestowed upon.

I bet it took a while just to blacken the tyres...

Gareth - You could say that! The roof had never been cleaned from new either

Dave - Yeh I was a bit like a headless chicken

BluKoo - Thanks mate - and yes I have to say I'm not a huge fan of Hummers - really don't get the fascination with them. And the build quality / general quality of materials etc is shocking. Tyres took about 20 minutes in total for all 5

Talking of MPG - I noticed when I moved it (bloody horrible thing - can't see bugger all!) that a virtually full tank had a maximum range of 208 miles according to the trip computer

How much do you charge for this sort of service?

Do you use anything that isnt available to the public?

Hummer looks clean, job well done.

mattk - I felt like I was sitting in the most OTT pointless vehicle tbh Horrible thing!

mantamark - This is a regular client at a negotiated hourly flat rate, to anybody else, the Golf & BMW would be £52.50, and the Hummer on an hourly rate of £25 p/h Yes I do use products that aren't easily available to the public, hence why I'm in the trade

Graham - Yeh was around 250ml in total (I only know that as it used about a 3rd of one of my applicator bottles which is 750ml )

The BMW:

No £52.50 for the entire job per car (around 2 - 2.5 hours in the condition they were in), I don't tend to charge per hour, but sometimes with regular clients with lots of cars and strange vehicles I work per hour as I don't always know how long I'll be working on each vehicle.

Cheers Re. brakes - How do you mean? The size? Colour is because they got wet as soon as it'd come back from being driven - first time it's moved and it's gone (only minor surface rust)
