nipped round to funky power today to pick up some silkolene pro s 5w-40 oil, a hamp oil filter and a kics magnetic sump plug, so took some pics of some dirty honda's on my phone
had the ep3 just over a week. its my 2nd jdm ep3 and i'm loving it. i didnt like my first jdm ep3 but this one feels right. certainly alot better than my dc5 which surprised me!! i've had an ek9, jdm ep3, 350z, dc5 and now this jdm ep3.
currently has a gruppe m induction kit, low drivers seat rail, grooved front discs with ferodo ds2500 pads and jazz washer jets.
future plans are fully detail it as i haven't had a chance, get my plate on the car, oil change, repaint the wheels to tidy them up, then some tein springs, eibach camber bolts, d2 camber arms and a setup. after that i don't know!
i've got a brand new feels titanium exhaust system which i got with the car, but i don't know if i should fit it or sell it.

yeah both helical lsd's. the dc5's lsd used to pull the car about more, but that could be different suspension/steering causing that. this handles better than the dc5 which pleases me muchly.
you were right with your other 2 comments though

Like Faz's Civic... they are supposed to be really good!
Yours - Is that front bumper standard?
IS it worth getting all the camber adjusting gubbins if you're just fitting springs?

yeah the fd2's are meant to be very good, he offered me a go today but his car was stone cold so declined, another day
yeah the body is standard. the front bumpers are the same as the uk ones. what looks different?
i think its worthwhile...i only put springs on my 350z but the rear camber was miles out, got some camber arms and had the car setup and the difference was noticeable on the road.
some folk say you dont need camber arms etc and some do, but after my 350z i'll be doing it properly!

the bottom valancy/corner bits just seem more pronouced. Maybe its just you dont notice it so much on the darker coloured UK cars

I would rather a DC5 though!

andy, the ek9 i went to see turned out to be...not very tidy, so i left it. wasted a weekend to see it but nevermind!
chrex, the ep3 is a much better handling car, which was surprising!
