heres my newly built trackday toy

quick spec
MG ZS 180 piper cams, piper exhaust, decat BMC filter stripped out inside with welded cage 7.5x17 MK2 ZS rims with dunlop slicks

Just because its not a small pug or vauxhall doesnt mean its not a track car though, there are plenty of big cars out there

every MG ZR/ZS i've drove has always handled superd.

fooking harsh ride for the road even standard.

I wasnt meaning boatish.... I simply meant strange as its not something I would have thought of

Its prob the same size/weight as my trackcar, maybe smaller.

Longerwheel base cars are actually better on track, much more stable

read a few reviews saying they arent that far behind a dc2 in handling terms, and im sure with a 2.5v6 with 170ish bhp straight line speed wont be that much less either.

good choice, and they are real bargains at the mo

I've driven a MK II on the road and was very impressed.

It was a little cramped but was quick and turned in really nicely. Brakes were good for standard too.
