Is everyone missing the point on this?

It's a car, commissioned by the manufacturer to highlight visually the ties between it's race/rally operations and it's road going cars for sale to the general public.

It's not intended to look in any way 'cool' or be considered a car that anyone would drive. So it's not really appropriate to view it as such...
