When i bought the civic the rear arch was shot, driver side had been done in the past but the passenger side was getting pretty bad. Finally pulled my finger out and got it in the bodyshop to chop the panel out, weld a new one in and pant it etc, whilst it was there i had the roof sprayed (rust and dent) both doors and quaters (dent and scratches) 2 holes in front bumper smoothed over, new wing(old one full of filler) attatching lip properly(used to rub up and down)and generally making the car 100% mint, Job is excellent, paint match is spot on. rust before:

and all waxed

fluo wheels is cool but maybe the whole wheel would be a bit much? have you thought about doin a fluo lip and inner rim a the spokes a different colour or something?
