what height do you prefere?? possitives and negatives of both heights?
my car is lowered 40mm at the moment and im not sure wheather i want to lower it 60mm??

60mm is the only way to do it 
40mm = For Girls
60mm= For Men

70mm front 110mm rear imo..
obviously if done correctly with nice wheels etc
and the correct springs, and not chopped like many out there

yes going too low can mess the handling up not sure how low it is but im pretty sure 60mm is pushing it, but 50mm alround is what i would go for

im 90/70 t the moment and im going back up to -60mm for ride quality and handling.

For looks and handling 60mm is the height to go for its still practical as well. As long as you take speedbumps etc slowly you will be fine mate.

oh I had 110mm rear springs on the rear and the ride was shocking so i took them off. There is some pics in my garage

the ride was fine on my corsa honestly..
spax rsx coilovers and custom made 110mm rear springs was a nice ride saying how low it was, and that was my daily car for over a year untill i sold it..
just got to get the middle silencer removed (ie remus centre section, or get it tucked up high with some small exhaust rubbers)
only thing it catches on..

but you never really got to speeds to push the suspension in the 1.0 did you jay?
i can feel my dampers running out of travel when putting the power downround corners when the forces shift to differnt wheels. and then the whole car gets unsettled.
