My mate had a Scobby, that was quick. The only problem was the cost of the repairs cost a lot to replace a clutch, something like £1000. Also the rest of the repairs that needed to be done. So he brought a 2.0 Litre Nova instead,

Sounds like he had his pants pulled down then! My dad had a clutch replaced and a Subaru dealer and it cost around £500
The was an 53 plate STi Prodrive with PPP

Yeah one of my old clutches was only £350 
Don't car what anyone says scoobys however common and the image are one of the best cars you can buy for the ££

Fuk yeah! In all seriousness though when it hit 7K or whatever it just made more noise and never went any quicker VERY dissapointed as the rest of the car is near perfect..driving position..gearshift etc etc
Oh and Nova is will NEVER be as bad as you mate You have some VERY nice cars though
