I'm not saying the sellers are dodgey, there are people selling obviously fake stuff and the buyers are happy with what they get.. I'm just shocked at:

a) The fact it seems to be allowed on this site as the site owner(s) could be held legally responsible for it..

and

b) that people are paying so much money for fake shit from China thats worth half of what they are paying for it

The lacoste products etc are all fake, I know some one who sells them with all the authentic tags etc...

Although I expect the people who sell them on here will say they are real.

I've got a few bargains off here. Cheaper than ebay would've been. Can't complain.

Genuine because its got a label?

There are alot of backdoor seconds that get onto the market which are from the actual licensed factories that make the products but they tend to be inferior quality.

stubbsy05 how can you tell there real?

A friend of mine use to import fake goods and sell them on a massive scale, you can get anything you like with as many "tags" etc on them as you want.

How are you sure? Think about it logically if they are genuine, why are they so cheap and how did the person get them?

I've had a couple of Lacoste Polos from BigSte before and perfectly happy with them. They seem good enough quality to me. If they turned out to be fake I wouldn't be fussed.

Stolen from the back of a big lacoste lorry.

I personally hope the proceeds fund terrorism.

I agree you can be ripped off if you dont take some basic precautions but generally uptil now CS has been a great resource for me buying and selling the odd corsa bits saying you would never buy anything from here is a bit harsh.

the whole point originally is a corsa community but obviously things have expanded since

IIRC he works at some kind of place where he can order these things in bulk easily.

Anything is cheap the more you buy.

Think about it logically.
