Lol, was going to get this sorted, but i've decided to sell up instead. Apart from that, it's all good! With all the mods, its packing a bit of punch too, which always helps

You obviosuly have a trained eye.

It was the interior and the engine that gave it away for me.

Not a great time to sell - no one has much money, you'll probably lose money on it selling now.

I assume its correct that the spokes on the drivers side point towards the front of the car and on the passenger side they point towards the rear?

LC front alloys are like rocking horse poo, as are the genuine bumpers and bonnet vents.....and the sellers price them accordingly! I did not make this replica, I bought it ready made for a bit of fun. I didnt put the pics up for everyone just to slag it off, I put it on here for interest. If I'd have wanted a real one, I would have got one, if I wanted a bit of 'cheap' fun...I'd have bought a replica, which is what I did. Has it been fun? Yes. Has it got more than enough power for what I wanted? Yes. End of

Take the LOTUS badges off then

You're always gonna get someone ripping you to shreds for trying to pass that thing off as an LC by having the badges

It's worth more as a LOTUS replica than a GSi with a bodykit on

But its not a REPLICA.. Be hard pushed to even call it a Look-a-like.. its a GSI 24v with a badly fitting GRP body kit which to someone who hasnt got a clue kind of resembles a Lotus Carlton (in the right light, from the right angle).

Original GSI's are holding really good money at the moment.
