...Do people use? what are the best and how much do they cost?

My GAZ coilovers are amazing, there were about £550 though.

1 of the best are pro flex and cost around £4800 for a full set

Stay away from Avos, there shite. Not sure on Gaz, heard good reviews from the slammed crew. But mixed reviews from the performance crew.
Think il be goin for a set of Bilsteins soon.

avo's are ok when they dont leak oil and need a refurb all the time.

Vmaxx are a good budget make as is Jamex ones, both can be picked up for about £300

All depends what you want out of them,if its just for an odd b road blast then the budget ones are spot on imo

Quite a few of the lads in the VW/Seat forums run them and say that compared to the very expensive models there very little difference

hottuning are cheap as, good for goin low but poor performance, around 200 for a set

I got those at the moment. I find they perform quite well imo but in fairness it is quite a firm ride according to my m8's, but im fairly use to it, doesn't bother me.

I think their good value for money but i prob will upgrade eventually though.

spax are good ive got a set on my corsa c and they handle really well will get aset for the b when i can think there bout the 500 mark, With the gaz ones can't you oder the rears as one unit so you can have coilovers on all four conners?

3i_gaz had gaz on his old fiesta, really good imo, perfect for track, it harsh for road but i never went in with them on soft.

mine are on soft all the time, pritty much like standerd ride, on hard tho...

I run spax RSX front coilies and rear 2 piece set up.

Feels very planted but a bit harsh, need to play with the set up tbh!

This man speaks the truth, mine have done the same. The rears have never been a problem for me.

I'm going for KW's next or maybe gaz items.
