Used to be some cars like this near my old house, just sat there rotting. Shame really. I think they were that shape, something similar at least, except maroon

I don't know why bother going all the way there to drive that and ultimately crash it into the barrier costing you money

Theyre not really into the whole speed thing, just enthusiasts that want to save a ruined classic and have some fun. One of the guys other car is a mgb, the other has a corsa c actually.

Sorry I'm just in a grumpy mood mate.

Yeah, just tell em to be careful... unfortunately as we know, at the ring - it can cost you more than the car... A LOT more

I'd only want to drive a car round that I knew was going to be safe at speed. Not something that weighs several tonnes

Cool idea, so long as it's done properly. Would be good to modernise it.

Take a look at this one:

~700 euros?

Barrier, grass, labour, recovered from track, track closure... etc

have seen costs of several thousand euro's in the past.

They can certainly 'make some time' in that.

Disclaimer: The above statement will mean nothing to any gayer who hasn't seen/watched the film 'Withnail and I'.
