OK. After deciding that at the age of 18, £734 Fully Comp for the year is an offer i cannot refuse. So i'm giving my brother my alloy wheels as Direct line won't insure me as I am under 25. So looking for a cool set of wheel trims. My car is red. Corsa. Any suggestions?

Standard Corsa ones? I see where you are coming from keeping the car legal..
Wheel trims rock. When you kerb one they are mega cheap to replace Easy to clean too. The alloys on my pug look shit, loads of crap stuck on them when i clean them up. Plus, you can get your tyres changed anywhere and not worry about them being marked.

So when someone comes on saying they're going to defraud the insurance by not declaring an engine transplant people are usually up in arms saying it's terrible... but when it comes to defrauding them over a set of alloys it's fine?
Double standards anyone?

I'd go with black steelies personally.
However your car could have came with vauxhall alloys as a factory extra and you would be none the wiser!

No imo
A set or irmscher wheels or vauxhall wheels could have been a optional upgrade from new though and you would be none the wiser. I'm not saying put some 19" chrome spinners on though!
Corsas didn't come with C20XEs from the factory, nor would anyone of bought a 1.2 and upgraded the engine to a 1.6 and keep it logged as a 1.2 from new!
