Made an airbox for the TBs the other day, and then covered it in sound deadening for extra noise reduction. Afew random pictures, and then a video of it fitted/not fitted. Can really tell a difference IMO, judging by the middle 2 videos.

it's helps quieten that down too

also, on some track's have driveby limit's - inwhich induction noise would add a hell of a lot of noise too

indeed, alot og the cosworth lads (turbo i know) struggle with induction noise tripping the db metre

Quick question i've never understood, fit an airbox like that to TB's, do all four get an even feed of air?

Just in my mind, the 1st /2nd would drag loads through, leaving 3rd / 4th with not much?

Guess it depends on the amount of air drawn into the box though?

it's fine on n/a as the engine sucks what it need's, but on turbo's they need to be more specific, and direct equal air to each cylinder, due to the air being forced in

I prefer it without the airbox on myself. At least the airbox stops my ears bleeding on long journeys though
