rite ive decide to go aginst the grain and

have at my pocession 1.6 c16xe reuilt 20.000 miles ago

i want to super charge it i no it not gonna be easy to do and that yea its gonna take a while to do

so far i have found

intercooler

rotex supercharger

low comp pistons

better gaskets

and bigger alternoator

more parts to come

my question is has any one done a 1.6 c16xe gsi if so wat problems did you have

my main problem will be mountin the charger in line with the pulley

wat sort of power am expectin if i say i spend 3k on it can spend more if needed

im hopein for 200+bhp is this possible

i no for the money i can get a v6 supergharged but i like how the 1.6 handles and its a hoot to drive,

been out in m8s 2.0 red top yea there fast but there also very common ,

one my m8s has a 3.2 mv6 v6 nova turbo lol its cray fast but its diffrent so its all gd

im startin work on the engine after xmas cant wait for the fun to begin

let me know wat you think

it's a good idea used to much success by many 106/saxo owners. Nice linear power and also big power easily possible.

why not buy a car which is already super charged? or a car which super chargers would be better on? if two tuners have tried and failed, aint that giving you a idea that its not going to work from collecting bit and fixing it up yourself? just a idea
