Seeing as it wasn't totally freezing earlier I got the bucket and sponge out and took a few before and after shots. It was so filthy I couldn't bare it any longer

Nothing fancy, literally hosed down, washed, hosed and chamois. The last time it was polished/waxed was August iirc.

Before:

After

Also had a go at some reflection shots, bearing in mind it was cloudy:

Spax coileys could be an idea mate, I was thinking of Eibach Pro springs then decided I want to go for -60mm so will need something different. Depends on the price though because I have no income at the moment

i had standard sport shocks with 60mm springs while my spax's were being replaced... and they were pretty good actually.

go at least 60mm, you won't regret it!

Used to have 13" steelies

Looking at LMF, there's a Spax kit that does -50 front and -40 rear, but seeing as the engine will weigh less than the 4 pots, will probably it do around the same both ends?

They don't have any -60 on there, would classifieds be a good bet?

I've just brought some 60mm springs for my 12v Dave. Will look cool considering I'm rolling on 14's.

Don't get coilovers. No point on spending all that cash for suspension for a 12v.

Well it's dirty by my standards I used to wash my bike every week, and did the car most weeks in the summer

Nice one mate, that's exactly how I want it

Any chance of a pic once the springs come, and how comfortable they are?

Old skool cool

I think mine's starting to give up as well, half the time when I go to start it it only just goes. I haven't been travelling for more than 15 mins recently at a time so went out for a couple of hours last night, didn't make any difference

Cheers Wooly, insurance is at the end of Feb so as long as I can get a job from somewhere it should be around March time

I dud this shop the other day, it's not perfect or anything and I couldn't lower it level because of the angle of the pic, but it's a general idea

Oh yeah, I don't have the brows any more, they're in Northern Ireland
