Everytime I plan to go to bed at 10:30-11 I find a film to watch

Always regret it the following day too

I always go to bed on time but am kept up by either dirty texts or the neighbour being repeatedly raped with a garden vac upstairs (that's what it sounds like anyway)

I get up at half 7 everyday, still find myself up at 2am sometimes, never ever asleep before 1am, I crash out on a sunday though and sleep for ages!
