Been asked here a million times, but iv no search cause im a tight arse.
Been offered one as a swap for my nova. 52 plate. it has miltek cat bk exhaust, vxrturbo fitted (2k ago), magnex decat pipe, front mount intercoler (2k ago), regal stage one remap.
80k on the clocks.
How much is that worth these days?
Common faults to look out for on them?

What does the swap involve, cash plus your car?
The astra will be worth between 5k - 6k

Rip his hand off Wilson.
The Nova is stunning, but i reckon u could sell(if u wanted to) the gsi alot quicker for alot more than youd get for the Nova.

i would keep the nova if you want satisfaction and driver enjoyment.
If you want a car that will be easier to sell and a more modern cruiser the get the astra.
All down to what you want to do with your car now dude....

Wilsons Nova is white.
That silk violet one belongs to a guy from Cupar.C20LET.
Not keen on the black cavvy fans it has it on it tho.

im looking at one for my next car.
looking at spending around 5.5k and actually about the same as ur offered.
but with the higher milage i would see if u can get some money your way.
or snap it up as if u dont like it, it will be much easier to sell on.

I have got the nova up for sale just now, and looking for a gsi or sri turbo. Just wasnt sure how much this would be worth being a earlier one with higher miles. Nice selection of modifications been made though. The turbo has been changed for a vxr, so that shouldnt be a problem.
What miles is the timing belt to be changed at? Or is it a chain like on the 2.2 sri?
Btw this is my nova for those that dont know it

Nice nova but in current economic situation, no one would buy it!
I would swop and not even think about it, as if you wanted to then sell the astra gsi straight away (which probs unlikley but 10x more sellable than the nova)
