Best bet is hashama (oil granules) if you can get any.. otherwise sand or soil will do...

I changed oil using cat litter tray... It was in the back of the trailor ready for the dump and i think the cat has kocked it sending all over the garage floor!!
I ended up chucking a bag of sand over it untill i can be boved to sort it 
Will niitromorse clean the floor once rest of its up?? i have used a few driveway cleaners before and they are shit!

Get it up with some cat litter. Then give it a scrub with some Fairy Liquid and water. If the concrete is un-sealed then it's there forever, pretty much...
