Happened so quick the father prob didnt realise he had downs syndrome.
Natural reaction to defend his son, i did notice the guy didnt even bother to see if his son was ok though.

Sickening.
Mother works with people with mental disibilities. maybe that little kid said some nasty thing. I mean he hardly "kicked" him did he, it was a little tap.
I understand the fathers frustration, but that women clearly see the boy is disabled.
Father does nothing to aid him either after the realisation of whats happened.

The disabled bloke/kid looks like he is on his mobile phone. The kid comes along skipping beside the counter playfully.
But what if that kick had been a bit harder? And had hit the child in the head, the child fell back onto the step or simular and caused a lot more damage.
I agree the fathers reaction was a BIT to much but if that had been one of my nephews or my son my first reaction would be of anger and rage also.
