I had my first nightmare in YEARS last night. Think its the only nightmare i can remember.
It was horrible and i woke myself up by screaming.
What / when was the last nightmare you had?

I used to have a recurring dream for weeks of a burglary taking place on my mum and dads newsagents, freaked me out all the time as we lived in the flat above.

Very rarely have nightmares, the last one I remember was when I was about 7 or 8. My gran had 2 dogs upstairs in her house, proper scary looking things and I went to play with em one day and one of em decided to try and eat my head in one go
I've never woke up screaming tho, sweating like a whore on overtime yes but never screaming

I have a lot of dreams - some VERY wierd ones.
Last nights nighmare was bizarre but woke me up in a very nasty way.
As some of you will know, my girlfriend is in a coma after a car crash at the moment, and in my nightmare i was in a pub, at the bar and my phone went. I looked at it and it was a text from my girlfriends mum saying 'fallen again'. This totally threw me and i went into a panic and collapsed on the floor at the bar screaming hysterically. Thats when i woke up screaming. Its quite possible one of the most horrible things ive experienced. Seemed so real.

i often get nightmares, dont wake up screaming, wake up in hot or cold sweats, have had same reoccuring dreams for years. worst ones are when you are trying to speak to people in your dreams and no noise is coming from your voice and your trying to shout.

A woman at work has had that a few times. She dreamed that the shop was getting robbed and she was trying to shout to other members of staff but no words could come out.
Does anyone think dreams mean anything?

i do find things like alcohol make the dreams much more vivid. also when im very very tired and go to sleep i usually have a nightmare? i read somewhere that the dreams you have actually only last a few seconds altho it feels like minutes etc and that you have hundreds of dreams but only remember a couple of the vivid ones.

I'm a very unusual fella as it is, my dreams are sometimes bad, sometimes vague and sometimes very good, but never really to the point where I'm waking up thinking I'm having my brains sucked out, but I once had a dream that someone set me on fire because I swore at their mother, so instead of rolling on the floor in pain I decided to cook an omelette, wtf does this mean?

LMAO
I'm one for random dreams. Latest one I can remember is a bit long winded so I'll summarize:
All the way through I was naked from the waist down
Started I was in a park and bumped into a woman I know, we were talking for a bit then she started walking off so I told her she was hot.
Then we got on a motorbike, so I could take her and show her something in my garage (can't remember what tho)
Then back to the park, met up with my brother and some fella I've never seen before
That's a fair bit of indecent exposure
