Transit Connects FTW

Is only the 75ps one, but will be sorting that out once I've sold the Corsa - going to have it remapped to 95ps with 10% extra mpg apparently. I lug around 450kg around and get approx 400 miles to the tank from it, and it isn't the slowest thing in the world.
Few plans for mine too
Alternatively, if you have some spare cash - get the latest VW Caddy TDi 104ps / 140ps - Awesome vans lol.

Use a Caddy 104ps for my dads company - its awesome - have driven a remapped Caddy 104 -140bhp it flew!
Transit connects are good as well, although Peugeot Partners are nasty!

My dad has always had and always will have a Transit, fantastic vans - they've never let him down, but probably a bit big for you.
For you, I'd say a MK4 Astra Van - they have various engines which will suit your budget i.e. 1.7Di, 1.7DTi and 1.7CDTi.
I'd consider a Combo though - loose a bit on length but that is what a roof rack is for

They are the biggest pile of shit van there is.
I have one for work, an 02 reg one 1.8 non turbo diesel.
Absoloutley awful is all I have to say.
The only reason I poke up with it is because I pay nothing what so ever for the so called privalige of having a company van.
Do not buy one.

Mate of mine at work has owned a few astra vans and never had a problem with em. That and they'll take just about any engine you fancy if you get bored lol.
