Ok, jus woke up becuase i got a chest infection - Looked at my car. There on my windscreen is a small ticket ... Went out side looked .. "FIXED PENALTY NOTICE"

Time 00 : 01 <- Have they nothing better to do ?! Also my parents were awake so why didn't they knock ?

Anyways i was hoping that someone could send me a site with the fixed penalty codes on it, because he hasn't even filled out the form. Just the code.

Thanks

Its yellow, altho it has been raining....

At the top black letters FIXED PENALTY NOTICE

(Non-endorsable offence)
Unauthorised removal of or interference with is an offence. Part 1

It goes on to say the date, time where the ticket was issued *My road* The the registration details, my reg plate / Colour / make ..

Then it says Offence Code - 4 small box's with 0196 - Nothing else written at the side

Its then signed by a twat called R, Mal i think it says his No. 3241 and Sub Div which is CD

Then part2 is the payment section, which is not gettin filled in. To send the money to

The Chief Constable, Derbyshire Constabulary, Central Ticket Office, Butterley Hill, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3RS

Thats about it

On the back it says "Explanatory Notes"

A. B and a C section

A is about paying the fine
B is about If u wish to be dealt with a court
C says Other correspondence

It was under my driver windscreen wiper in no wallet

Non-endorseable
This is a ticket that won’t leave points on your licence – usually reserved for minor traffic offences such as parking somewhere you shouldn’t. They will usually carry a fine of around £30.

this sems the most likely one from what you have said, but that code doesnt come up anywhere, most of them usually have letters infront of them hmm

Nice one, Cheers for the help mate, i cant sleep either - Chest infections are wank just keep coughin green stuff up

It doesn't feel like a shitty piece of paper or anything either, on the back there is the glue back - Like u get on envelopes, where u peel back the non sticky bit so u dont have to lick it (If u know what i mean lol) It was jus stuck to the windscreen with that, nothing else, no wallet - Just under my windscreen wiper

They have nothing better to do at midnight.

Cos the only thing left to steal off it ... Is the GSi badge at the back - As they took the one off the front bumper along with all my jacking covers and the passenger side L Piece

*Its a corsa gsi btw*

I think ill try and get some sleep, and go up tmoz and ask them wtf it is and can i wipe my arse on it

*Just a small update*

Went to the local cop shop, it was shut, so rang police line number.

There is no offence with 0196 but there is one for 0190 - Which is parking the wrong way round on the road. Even the lady on the phone said its abit harsh considering that everyone was up and every light was on.

Now, the offence code is 0196 without a doubt its not a 0 with a mistake, its definitely a 6 at the end. So the offence he has wrote down isn't anything, Do u think i can get off on technicalities?? As its his own stupid fault tryin to fine me for an offence that doesn't exist ??

Cheers
