So, after a few months of my tyres scraping on my arches when i went over bumps, i decided to invest in some new contintal's - 195/40/16
I got them of harrisp off here for £180!!! RRP being £95 a tyre

looks good those 16s does he sell the tyres all the time or did he just have them lying about 195/40/r16?

Yeah, im pretty sure they are, google it, 195/40/16 is a rare size to get, the guy who fitted my tyres said he has never even herd of them in that size

i needed a 40/16 for my nova, local tyre place gave me a choice of 3 brands - not exactly rare

unless you can find them for £45 each or less, hes got a great deal. pointless telling him what other retailers have tbh!

car looks good on them. 100x better than big square shouldered 45s any day

Hello, I used to be able to get tyres cheap but they were actually some I was selling for a mate so I wouldn't be able to get them that cheap again.

to be honest, it is alot better with the 40's than the 45's. The tyres have never touched the arches since i have had it done
