23, 24 this month, and yeah, own policy. Only cost me £30 more to insure than my old throttle bodied corsa!

Fair point.

Personally think they are far too long in the tooth now. Only one i would ever own is the R34 GTR, but then you could get a far better car for the price of those.

I reckon I got a lot of car for the money (the guy also threw in the original alloys with proper spacers, a new FMIC, P/S pump, alloy oil catch tank, braided hoses etc that he didnt get around to fitting) , I cant complain at the performance, and i love the aesthetics. Im a very happy chappy

I cant get over the condition its in for its age. The guy I bought it off was a middle aged, single car enthuiast and looked after it sooooo well. He chucked in the original alloys with good tyres, a new power steering pump, braided brake hoses, a FMIC and a few other bits and bobs that he didnt get round to fitting. Its had a new exhaust system from tubo to backbox including decat pipe (he gave me the cat, too, to swap for MOTs), 18" ultralite alloys, lowered, custom made box surrounding the air filter for an external cold feed, he even sourced an original UK manual from new zeland, and one of those original japanese warning flares that all jap cars have to have (non working as they are illegal here, but he bought it for authenticity hehe) So yeah, basicially im over the moon!

Plans (at least for the moment, but you know how the modifying bug is haha) are to fit the FMIC sometime and get it back on the RR just to get everything set up nicely. Maybe some new side repeaters and headlights, and probably swap the rear spoiler for the GTR one.

a car that tends to get over looked because of the gtr but still fast and much cheaper.

yours looks mint and once the fmic is fitted and its been in the RR then you can go off and annoy the drivers of much more expensive sports cars
