Just a quick question always see vans with people in the back or i hear of people of carrying people in the back of a van. what would happen if you were to get court with people in the back?
Whats the Law on this?

go to court,get done for overloading with passengers that arent meant to be there,also the people will get done for no seatbelt

My dad did it for nearly 25 years taking men to work in London etc.
Used to do it in a Ford Truckman, and have the men in the load bay bit, which wasn't connected to the cab.

see my point exactly lots of people doing it just wondering what the result would be if you were to get pulled over and there was people in the back.....

It will naturally be a criminal offence etc etc
A lot less happens with that nowadays. My dad hasn't done it for years and years.

In mainland Europe, you can get Combo's which aren't vans at all, but passenger vehicles. Similar to Citroen Berlingo's etc in this country.
EDIT: Combo Tour it was/is called.

And yes I know no-one needs one. I just think they're cool.
