Just quit after only 5 weeks in my new job; management weren't happy but have been there 5 weeks and been bored stiff for most of that!!
Ah well only a temp state as start new job on 15th with the added perk of another £6.5K payrise; so got a nice week and a bit off

What was you doing?
I've got a job interview Monday, right pain, got to do a 10 minute presentation for it. Hoping to get it though as it is for a lot more money than i'm on.

Haha, i was going to do that, thats what usually happens, but I want to have a decent go at it. Decided going to keep it simple, just bullet points etc and have a sheet with me to read off. Mine is on;
"what health issues affect the town centre + another part of Barnsley"
Not sure weather to risk doing some visual stuff as mines 2007 version and its sods law theirs wont be compatable!

thats exactly what im doing, i can either - list points and discuss, or talk for 10 mins, and i can talk shit for England, so going with that one. Bullet points so they spend time looking and listening at me rather than reading, and a sheet for me to work off, handouts at the end

ive done a bit each night, and this morning wrote my notes. not fussed about the interview part, rehearsed the questions i think they'll ask. we'll see how it goes tomorrow i guess.
