After owning a corsa for the last 5 years or so, ive finally decided that its time for a change so im selling up. The private plate and reyland brakes are being sold seperately for definate, but im still not sure what to do about the rest of the car but i might just strip it all for parts then sell the shell. I was looking at pics of her last night next to pics of the car that im hopefully buying, and i really will miss it but i guess its just time to move on!

Basically the guy who mapped the ECU didnt know about the strengthened internals so the rev limit is set lower than it could be, and it would also need a proper manifold. So basically a new manifold, and getting the ECU remapped again with the higher rev limit. Im not sure how much the engine is worth yet but ill prob be looking at around £2000. It cost me about £2800 for the bits including the sensors etc, plus assembly and the mapping session

Yup, the bottom end has only done about 6,000 miles since the rebuild, all the sensors on the engine are new, custom wiring loom etc. The only 2 problems ive had with it since ive had it is i blew an oil seal, and most recently the throttle linkage assembly came lose. Im gonna be sad to see it go

with that spec it should definately see more than 200bhp but like you say it needs a full rolling road and mapping session
