I havent really posted on here, i joined ages ago and just tend to have a browse every now and again, just thought id share my car with you though as its slowly getting how i want it!

only had it since last april and said i wouldnt mod it for awhile but i started right away! I know it needs an irmy grill but i havnt quite got round to spending 150 quid on a little bit of plastic yet, spent that sort of money else where!
Current mods are:
Coilovers, all the way down at the front, all the way down at the back ( in the pictures adjuster plates arnt present, put them back in yesterday so its now 10mm higher or so)
Mintex discs and pads all round that i had custom grooved.
Gloss black sri alloys with yokohama s-drives,
Irmscher twin oval backbox,
K&n induction kit,
iridium spark plugs,
cupra r front splitter,
then just the usual debadge, dewiper etc
Future plans, Irmy grill, stainless center section with smaller/no center silencer, hids, rear anti roll bar, and its booked in to have the ecu re-programmed next month!
Once them bits have been done i may port/polish the head and fit fast road cams, i do quite allot of miles though and were doing my mates first so ill have to see what his is like on the juice first!
cheers,
Scott

Really like that mate, the black SRi wheels look good with black car & red callipers.

How about some of them smoked front lights you get on some newer corsa c's? that'd set it off mint

Lovely, can't go wrong with black on black although i think it would look alot nicer without the tints.

i cant really remember all the posts but:
how do custom grooved discs sound dodgy?
Hi simon! you got them wire wheels on your car? thats mint, can i try them on mine if you now own them?!
No corsa c's come with smoked front lights, people split them and paint the chrome reflectors black then seal them back together, but good input it will get done eventually!
yeh raised bonnet was an end of last month thing when i was skint but wanted new mods, i quite like it, makes it sound louder aswell, induction wise as the rear of the bonnet isnt sealed anymore.
yes it is a 1.8! great fun!
irmscher backbox made no more noise than the standard one it makes more noise on rhe 1.2's etc but the 1.8 backbox is slightly louder than a 1.2 one. centre silencer will be taken out at some point though!
and thanks in generaly guys, good comments make the time and money spent worth it
and simon give me a txt soon we should have a mini meet mate.

49, I had to buff down the calliper on the front a little and put on a spacer for the fronts last time i tried it on a C, looks uber cool though!

yeh i heard thats what you have to do but i heard someone say they bolt right onto the sri c's. not sure if its just a myth though! i was going to swap my sri's when they were standard with standard tyres for some.
