I eat alot during the day at all hours

But its always easy to grab an unhealthy snack

I wana cut down on shit for the next 10 weeks before I go to oz



What do you normally have thats quick and easy also --> providing its healthy

pasta and tuna is good if I make a big batch to last me a day or 2 but it gets boring

back in the iron days i used to like pasta, tuna, mayo and alot of pepper. The mayo and pepper gave it that kick so i never got bored of it.

Aparently if you get the organic heinz ones they are lower in salt and sugar than the reduced salt and sugar ones.
