I took the RS6 to a well recommended independant yesterday for a full service and a gearbox service (mainly as the gearbox sump had a slight weep)

Anyway, while we were waiting for the box to cool down they took me out in a customers car that had a full Milltek exhaust and stage 1 on it. They knew exactly what they were doing and as well as an excellent service I came away with the above!

All Im going to say is



Just waiting on my new tyres to arrive, when they do its going in to get the wheels refurbed and the tyres fitted and then that is it definitely finished, Im not spending anything else on it apart from maintenance!

well done on actully having the work done one the car required, far to many of them miss gearbox oil changes etc

vids of what miltek sounds like

Is a gearbox oil change part of the service schedule for Audi's? I was told they were a sealed unit and the oil was ok for its life?

When we took the sump off the oil was mininging and the bottom of the sump was full of crap! Well needed a change!!!!

sorry, my fault, getitng confused and thought the RS was multitronic box, and not tiptronic, which are sealed for life as you say
