Fiesta Zetec-s
Clio 1.6
peogeot 206 1.6
saxo VTR
106 XSi 1.6 model
the list goes on, the corsa engine isnt that slow for a 1.6 if it wasnt for the VTS/GTI engine the vaux engine would be up there in the top. imo

I think the corsa 1.6 engine has the most and biggest potential out of any of them.

More than a civic?

Mike, the VTR and XSi would be on par at least with a Sport

if the said cars weighed the same as a corsa, "I" think that the X16/C16 would win

Could be worse, the Corsa could have been made in France.

Aye if they were the same weight. But then if the saxo was the same weight, but the same power, then again it's different The Corsas have good engines tbh! Just waaay too restrictive!QAnd Nath, that is true My EML came on when I went through a puddle Went off when the car dried

They are similar in straight line speed, but the driver can change things! But this is not the time, nor the place for a Corsa - VTR debate

the MG ZS is a 1400 isnt it??...

the fiesta zetec-S's arent that quick. my 1.4 corsa keeps with them. the saxo's and 106's just weigh bugger all, thats why they're quick!
