Told my ex after about 3 weeks and she said she felt the same. Ended up married after 18 months
Been with the new g/f 3 weeks and can feel myself properly falling for her but already told myself I'm gonna wait until I'm definitely sure before saying anything

As Tom said though, if it feels right then do it
