finally managed to get my calipers finished today.
they took ages to do but the result is awesome i think and the colour match is great too
i haven't done anything to the car for a while so i got bored, still got to order some black side stripes and black ford badges, then that should be it for modifing this.
the only thing is you now notice how small the rear calipers are compared to the fronts

got it from there mate.
you get loads of paint, i still have half a pot left and i did 2 coats on each caliper so you can easily do 2 sets of brakes with 2-3 coats on each.

Could you not have 'borrowed' some paint from Ford?
Looks good though, not sure if I'd have gone black on the back as they are much smaller as you say. Need a full side on shot to decide I think

i'll get some pics tomorrow mate, the car is on my drive at the moment and didn't wanna drive the car incase they hadn't dried yet.
i don't have electric orange paint to hand at work, just thousands of turbo's, clutch's, flywheels, blocks, heads etc

dont waste your money on "special caliper paint" any hammerite will do the job equally as good, is heat proof and comes in a range of colours

Agreed.
And its also less than 5 times the price of the "special" stuff.
£3.99>£19.99

nice little touch that, although i totaly agree on the comments about using hammerite. Deamon tweeks have got a right cheek charging £19.99 for 'special' caliper paint when its actually just hammerite in disguise.I done my calipers 2 years ago and they still look good now,no problems with paint flaking or anything of the sort.

If anyone wants to buy my remaining half empty pot of special caliper paint then its yours for only a tenner .
