me again... sorry for the hassle but need a bit of guidance
whats the 0-60 time of a punto gt tuned to around 170-180 bhp and do they feel quick to drive...e.g when on boost etc...
and whats 0-60 time of a standard xe in a corsa... my xe felt quick in 1st and 2nd but was a bit boring once in 3rd....

punto gt tuned to 180 bhp
xe corsa 150 bhp if a good example

i guess the punto would win.

although i strongly disagree with racing a "mod'd" car against a "standard" one just isnt fair.

how ever if you lightened the corsa am sure that would make a bit of a difference and hey guess what its free which always makes me smile lol

so ur telling me your xe corsa is still down as a 1.2 or something

I think you have to look after a punto abit more - like dont boost it from cold, regualry oil change etc more so than the corsa.

corsa would better on fuel

fiat.....

180bhp Punto will be quicker than a XE Corsa. A standard one won't be far off one, mid range a standard Punto GT will be quicker.

Common misconception

If its been looked after then you'll have no problems. Did 30k miles in mine with no issues and it was modified.

punto gt engine 180bhp is obv mod'd
xe engine is obv standard in a standard corsa shell just mod'd mounts etc.

the corsa has a modified engine from standard, its totally different possibly the biggest modification you can do

if you wanna go down that route stick a standard fiat coupe 20v turbo engine in the punto and compare
