Find out who owns it and have a word, or go direct to the apartment building owners and have a word.

the apartments are all mixed, some people own their apartment, some rent.
Im not too sure how to find out who owns it without having to go to all the apartment doors(which i dont fancy doing)

But if the deeds are linked to a parking space then he's in a position to have the car removed/them warned for trespassing.

someone will own the freehold on the building.
Do you pay a service charge to a company who keeps up the maintenance of the communal areas?

Or. Park your car across the back of it. Someone kept parking in my dad's spot, so he just slung the car wherever. Annoys the other residents, so when you explain why you have to do this, word gets around.

i suppose. What about getting in contact with the local constabulary? Or do you think thats abit extreme.
Also the parking space has Great big Numbers and a sign saying this place is reserved

Go to your building manager guy. The other guy is in breach of his leasehold agreement by not parking in his allocated parking space and there will be sanctions for doing so. Just keep on moaning every time and keep a record of how often it happens.
If he doesn't listen send him a bill for using your space, when he doesn't pay up get a bailiff to recover the money, or take it to the small claims court. Each of which are fairly inexpensive to do and you should win.

cant do that as that will restrict other people getting in and out of the car park.

i dont have a building manager guy. The landlord is the only person i know.
If i knew who was driving the car, it wouldnt be a problem as i would just have quiet chat about it, But i dont.

Well, actually, you can't clamp the vehicle because you need a licence. You can have the vehicle removed and impounded.
