Horrible cars. Look crap imo, crap to drive and crap build quality. MR2 MK2 is what you want in that class for that money.

I personally think they look good, drove ma mates one and found it quite quickand the handling wasnt to bad either.
Much prefer the Del-Sol tho

good and bad reports i have worked on them before so i know what they are like but tbh it ishas had alot of work done full service history etc

For 1.5k its a good price for the later TF version
You sure its not the older style round headlight version???
Just make sure the headgaskets been done with the later spec freelander item

iv got a wedgewood one ( special edition only made 300 for the millenium blahblah) sitting in my garden that i crashed,whoops!!
good fun wee car cheap to run and insure plenty of room in them had my workmate whos 6ft 4 and about 18stone in mine and he was shocked he could fit in and get in and out without looking a total twat (still looked a twat tho tbh) spare parts and service items are so cheap its laughable
not that quick tho but the vvc is quite a good engine and pushes it to 60 in 7.5 and has an average mpg of 35 which aint to bad!! , its a mgf btw the mgtf wasnt till 2001

it was on a private plate so wasnt 100% sure on age went to see it today something just seemed offabout it was very wallowy while on motor way hardly any power till 4k and putting foot down in 5th at 60-70 nothing had to drop ity a gear
