Neighbours have just got back from West Indies and have brought me back a bottle of 151 proof rum (75.5%)

Never tried rum before so im wondering what the best way to drink it is? I am assuming Rum & Coke is a good way?

Ive tried that rum and its ridiculously strong. Ginger beer may well be the best mixer cos the spice will help mask the alcohol

having family in trinidad and after being there theres only one true way to drink it, on the rocks.

if you cant handle it/dont like the taste then its lovely with coke.

currently got a morgans spiced and lots of ice and coke for later

drink it straight, i brought some back from the dominican republic and they drink it straight out there or you could mix it with coke if your not brave enoug haha

We have some Honey Rum from Lanzarote. Keep it in the freezer and then drink it striaght over ice.

Mohito sytlee (can be used with rum)

You need a biggish glass, mint leaves, three quarters ice, loads of lime pieces and a generous helping of rum.

You have to crush up the mint leaves btw
