Went to football the other night and was so out of breath and gasping for water! Starting to think that no excercise is having an impact on me

I'm 23 and the only excercise I do is playing 5 a side footy once a week. I've decided to start cycling again so going to pick up my mountain bike at the weekend and start doing this regularly!

What excercise does eveyone do on here?

I'm 19 an apart from being constantly on my feet at work lol, I've just started to get into the gym, amazingly it doesn't take you all that long to recover from having done no excercise for so long!

Heavy Weight Training 3x a week (soon to be 4x)
Cardio work on the other days I don't lift

I have to do a lot as my daily job means i sit at a desk 9-5 all day on a Mac

26. cycle to and from work 5 days a week. gym 3 times per week (not strictly). lift free weights at home.

Im 21 and excercising more and more.

Mon: Gym
Tues: Football training
Thurs:Football training
Fri: Gym
Sun: Sunday league game.

Then usually either squash or football or just a jog on my off days. Work in an office so need to make the effort to excercise.

26 (almost 27), play football every Monday night and swim 3 or 4 times a week where time allows

Very unfit atm as had to do no exercise for 2/3 months due to a stomach ulcer

21. Football training Tuesday and Thursday. Football match Saturday and Sunday.

19, routinely lift pint glasses to mouth - occasionally alternate arms, walk to and from car...

Other than that, walking round a golf course is my only excercise.

19 and do pretty much none, sit at the desk all day, drive to and from work, sit around in the evening and watch a film or whatever.

Need to do more as i'm starting to feel really ill now

18.. i play netball wednesdays and some saturdays, go gym other days of the week, walk alot even though i drive.

I'm 26. Had been doing a work out on a monday night, a jog on another evening, and climbing on another night until i developed sciatica at easter, and have done almost bugger all since then (apart from furious masturbation).

Going to start cycling to work a couple of days a week, hoping to start rowing next month, and may get back into climbing.

I'm not fat yet, despite drinking shitloads, probably due to not eating much.

20, apart from the physical work at Tesco monday, friday and saturday nights i do free weights at home when I feel like it and if it isnt raining i will bike to Tesco to go to work, if its raining i cant be fucked and just get in the car, bollocks to working in soggy clothes again

Cycle at the weekends is about it for me

Im super slim so I did no excercise for about 6 years and put on pretty much zero weight

20, almost 21 - not alot, I drink, I smoke, I don't eat too healthily, I work a desk job and I drive to and from work. I'm so unfit its unreal. Joining the gym next week though.

The only real excersise I do is playing golf about 5 times per week and when I'm with the bird

I'm 23, do Muay Thai 3 times a week and run at least twice.

Great for stress and I hate the fact that for 8hrs a day I sit on my arse

21, i have a quite physical job, on my feet moving, lifting stuff all day, up to 12-14 hour long shifts, have a horse so horse riding, and all aspects of looking after him such as mucking out, lifting bales of straw, walking through fields to bring him in, and as of next week will have 2 stables to do, also go to the gym when i get the chance, just to do an hour or so of cardio and weights, got my police fitness coming up so just getting ready for that, also taking up cycling and play the occasional game of football

I'm 25, play football 5/6/7aside, 3 nights a week and two 90minute games on the weekend.
Weight train 3 or 4 times a week at home, and once a week my brother and a few of our mates do a bit of sparring at boxing to keep fit.
