Partner has my car so means biking to the farm (not motorbike), do you legally have to wear a helmet on roads? I dont have one....

Doesnt matter anyway, wear one because it coudl save your life! I had a massive bike accident one day, my helmet wa sinspected by the company who mad eit and their conclusion was I woudl have died from massive skull fracture etc had I not have been wearign mine :/

i'm a daft badger on mine. i always have my helmet with me but rarely use it. only if i spot a section of forrest that i am not used to will i wear it.

oh i know that, im quite safety conscious, wont ride the horse without a hat etc, just that i dont have a bike hat so didn't know whether to risk or not

D'oh

It is a legal requirement to wear a helmet when cyclign on the highway, and cyclign on the path is illegal therefore surely it is a legal requirement

Yeah I though it was but back when I was into biking I thought they were bringing it out to fall in line with motorcycles etc.. If your on a horse on the carrigeway do you have to wear one?
