My ankles do it when im coming downstairs, when i turn my neck to look out the window behind me it does it, if i stretch my arms my elbows do it.

Also when im doing weights, mainly bench pressing, i can feel my elbow joints moving strangely, kind of off putting

Trapped air being pushed out.

Me knees are really bad, thought i was gonna get arthritus, but its jsut air escaping the joints.

Only be concerned if its painfull, then there is an issue. No pain = no worries (comes from a health nurse )

If you pack too tight then it gets blocked, you need a bit of air...

Join the club!

My shoulders, lower back, hips, knees and ankles do this everytime i move! Standing up in the morning, they all click one after the other as weight goes onto the joints......though i have something called re-active arthritis (from food poisoning) so hopefully all the clicking will stop in a few months :s maybe
