I'd agree with the long waits, that's the reason i never buy one tbh my wee brother phoned me from the drive thru once and said they were telling folk it'll be 35 minutes.

Im white and english and i used to work at kfc! by no means am i dumb, i just needed a job fast so i applied and got it (hated it so I don't work there anymore)
Personally I used to work my backside off in there but half the time the managers didnt do their jobs & order chicken in, so we used to run out, especially at about 6 lol, when everybody wants it for tea!!!
Love the food though, when they get it right  lol ....

Every time i go to the one by me its terrible, takes ages to get food, they dont rush for anyone, usually forget things and give effortless apologies, it really does my head in when i have to be nice as pie to customers all day long with my job then get treated so badly at places like this

Morrisons is totally shite too.
Went into a store, bought a loaf of bread, barcode was FAIL...
Waited 10 mins for a supervisor, who went off to find another one.
Five mins passed and by then i'd got fed up of being tutted at by customers behind me in the queue and said to leave it.
The supervisor muttered things under her breath, shook her head and went off. How bloody rude!
All of the staff in the store looked flipping miserable... no service with a smile there!

Sainsbury's is for folk that like to think they are upper class yet get ripped off as most things are much cheaper in tesco and you get better customer service.
I work for tesco and that alone makes it better then the rest.
