Im from Newcastle and dont really like the scottish accent..no offence to any one lol! The quayside is the best place to go, every wheres pretty decent...but expensive.

when i was last up there i went to a really good club.. played tech house, minimal etc

Digital !! (was very good but lots of drug taking)
other than that you can hit The Gate, few bars a TigerTiger.. lots really

we found a gem of a bar called Perdu, was wall to wall fanny lol.. that was nice

I found Digital to be a scruffy dive tbh, incredibly dark and hot inside. can't go wrong with Tiger Tiger though.

I wish I could remember the first place we walked into when we went down there.

It was a total dive, played stuff you'd hear on bonkers cd's was full of skinheads and people in what looked like trackies and was mega expensive.

Quite possibly the best bar in Newcastle as well as the other bars around the diamond strip(The Lounge, Long Bar, Tokyo, Destination, Revolution, The Apartment). The Quayside's had it's day in my opinion although most people from out the area would still really enjoy it.
