Bought this a couple of weeks ago. Standard but very clean for its age

After a trip to Leeds yesterday this is how it looks

Have a ste of these and coilovers going on later this week

Also have a smooth boot on its way soon. Am undecided on a black roof too.

Will update with pics later this week when the new wheels go on.

Looking nice fella, check out http://www.uk-mkivs.net

Also look at http://www.vwspeed.co.uk for spares etc

I ahve a Mk IV Anni

My suggestions:

Mk V 'Aero' front and rear wipers
Remove the Golf badge
Spray the bonnet
Get those coiles on asap lol
Replace the wood interior trim for the aluminium trim
Beetle Sport door pins
Have a gander at R32 dash vents

Those reps are gorgeous BTW

Oh, and dont do the smooth boot... looks so silly

Assumign the boot handle is stioll there as solenoids arent strong enough to life a flat boot like the Mk IVs

The lad that i bought the part from lives in Leeds. No time to mess around hoping to have it looking ok by E38. The bonnet will be sprayed but it has the badge recess smoothed to that why i got it. I can live with it for a few weeks
