Fast Car rang us all up and said do you fancy a little scrap yard meet - we all agreed and this happened

Good god! I really dont get this whole Rat thing, to me seems a waste of what could be a nicely restored car in most cases & the new wave of mint cars with a rusty bonnet seems silly to. Fair play if it makes you smile though!!

1 question......how many times have you (asrat) been pulled by the police? Do they take it as a laugh or go over with a fine tooth combe & issue producers? Ok thats 2 questions.

Jono - painted the wheels on the C for a bit of fun and came up on the day to say hello

Pretty much what we have all done to our cars - not taken it all too seriously

We have been pulled about 4 times now I think, every time they have just wanted to have a look around it, everything on the car is legal and as they say if it wasnt you wouldnt be driving it around looking like it does.

Rat Looking vehicles have had the theme taken from the classic VW scene. It's been around since I first got into VW's some 15 years ago now, i've only just really noticed it recently on other manufacturers.

To be fair the Astra looks like it should be rotting away in the scrapyard too, but at least you don't take it seriously as it does look pretty amusing.
