i'd pop down to the local BMW garage (biggest showroom in Europe iirc) and buy whatever was the best car they had that i could drive away the same day.
that would then make do untill i'd bought my new house with 6 car garage so i could start to choose my hyper car.

I would probably go for the veyron, but realistically as the 1st car I would go out and buy would be an r8 or gallardo, so that i could literally drive away that day

Thing is though generally National Lottery jackpots are £3-4M these days.
I really wouldnt want to spend 1/3 of that on something like a Veyron.....youd be bankrupt in no time!!
£4M in the bank i'd buy a 997 Turbo & a M3.......oh & a mini cooper S convertible for thee Mrs

I'd get a Bowler Nemesis first;

then a daily driver for work - something like a big american pick up - F150 or similar with an 8500kg towing limit - I'd need that big a towing load in order to tow the boats that my business would be building (the business funded if I win the lottery )
