its not all raw fish mike..
can have meat and veg too
sadly with places like Nobu up in london they charge silly amounts of money, which is crap really.. considering what it actually is.

Meant to be spot on for what i'd imagine you'd want it for Steve, it's the diet Andy Murray used to add major muscle to his frame and Nadal eats tons of it as well!

Its not as healthy as you think Steve, dependent on the quality they may be high in fat and salt and contain various chemicals.
Have a read

really?
I've just started to try a few meaty fishes (tuna steaks, swordfish etc), but most fish still gives me the shivers with the smell and look. I'd certainly not entertain eating it raw, but if you can get meat sushi......
might be worth a bash.
there's a yo sushi! in the new Eden centre.

just read on the back of the pack..(bought a pack from M&S)
390calories
20g protein
90g carbs
2.7g fat
didnt eat all the rice, cos i think they put far too much rice in these packs..
very nice though and has kinda filled me up.. only kinda

I have only had Sushi from the supermarkets and while it tastes nice its nothing more than bits of 'run of the mill' fish and rice. Or bits of pepper etc...
I'd love to try it in a proper restaurant, i bet it tastes how it should there.

yeah they normally do a few different Japanese steak ones.. and the prawns have to be cooked or you would be pretty ill
salmon and tuna may be raw though

well the best pre packed ones are from Pret, or an actual sushi place.
there is one called Samuri Sushi off Paddington Street.. thats pretty much spot on
however they are nothing compared to the "real deal"
best i have had was actually at Epcot in Florida.. was amazing stuff !!

Only had it out once for my step brothers 21st. I actually enjoyed it despite only really liking Tuna usually.
I then had it again at a friends house which he'd bought from M&S and it made me feel sick. Could have been a completely different dish but It was horrible compared to what I had at a sushi bar
